So I changed my rating because they've gotten a lot better with the new management.The atmosphere is awesome, the customer service is on point, and the food is amazing. The hot wings were especially delicious.

Very nice restaurant with great food and friendly staff! The cleanest place in the town and everything is shiny everywhere you look! The food is extremly tasty, freshly prepared and healthy!Hightly recomended! Always is a pleasure to come back there!

The food was extraordinary. Good value for money. The portions are big, order food for 2 and received food for 4. They even give us free a starter.You have kids menu options as well.Service was nice and prompt. The food arrived in decent time.The restaurant is clean, the tables are nicely arranged, plenty of space to sit comfortably.Toilets are clean and you have and fitted with bidet.A restaurant I recommend.

Really nice restaurant, glad to have entered. Beautiful place, tasty and well served food. Large portion for a good price. Thoughtful and lovely staff. I will definitely return!

Ordered takeaway from them last night, what a feast!! Food was delicious, especially lamb shish, tender and flavoursome, very generous portions, comes with loads of sides (salad, rice, plus bulgur rice, Turkish bread and sauces, plus some courgette soup as well - this must’ve been a complimentary addition I think).I put an order via Justeat, but then called the restaurant to inform them of my order, and they made sure it was exactly as I wanted. Thank you so much chefs!Thoroughly recommend, next time I come to rugby I will be ordering again.PS. some reviews say that they are expensive, but the portions are huge, you get a lot for one course, so you could easily get away by ordering 1 for 2 people, if your appetite is average :). My 1.5 dishes would definitely fill up at least 3 people (by 1.5 portion I mean one hot course and one salad)

Had a lovely meal last night at Vena, felt very welcomed and everyone was polite and attentive. The quality of the meat was superb and the platter for 2 was huge! Left feeling very full and very satisfied, will 100% be back and will be bringing a lot more people next time too! The free soup was a lovely unexpected bonus, and this was beautiful, I was tempted to ask if I could buy some to bring home!If anyone wants somewhere that's not too expensive but delivers amazing quality and quantity of food with a welcoming atmosphere, Vena is the place to go!

Amazing food! I ordered Lamb beyti and the portion was good and tasty. Great service - thank you to Mina especially for making us feel so welcome! We will definitely return
